Day 29- In this past month, what have you learned
I have learned, i have Willpower to both restrict myself, give into cravings, and start and stop at will. I have come to know my physical needs as separate from mental desires, and as such i have been able to focus more than i have before. As for this exercise itself? I learned that i can and will always be able to catch up, but that i hate getting behind. While i have finished this (with the next entry) i know that i need to be more consistent now that I’ve kept with this like i have.
